For all your testing and measuring needs LORS/TECNA brings you the Model 1430 Weld Tester and the model 1460 Force Analyzer. Both units are fully rechargeable and come complete with a carrying case, battery charger and instructions.
The model 1460 Force Analyzer lets you measure the force of the electrodes accurately on your resistance welding machine. It will present the data in the English (U.S. standard) or metric system. The standard package comes and ready to use with a force transducer with a capacity of up to 4400 lbs or 2000 daN.
The model 1430 Weld Tester is a rechargable, portable current monitor. It is capable of measuring the true effective welding current (TRUE RMS). It measures welding time in 1/2 cycle increments. It also measures peak value currents, operating angles in degrees, direct current (DC), and continuous measuring in alternating current.
The model 1430 stores the last ten measurements. It has an auto shut off after four minutes to save the life of the ni-cad batteries.
