WELDING CONTROL UNIT TE450

TE450 is a microprocessor welding control unit for suspended resistance welding guns. This control unit includes specific functions to be used when working with suspended welding guns, such as the double stroke control, and a function checking the efficacy of the safety devices which can be eventually installed on the handle of the machine. It is possible to program Sixty-three different welding programs. Two programs can be recalled by an external device on the handle. Each program is formed by eighteen programmable parameters which describe the working cycle. Besides the simple four times cycle, the control unit enables to carry out welding processes with pre-weld current, slopes, pulses and post-weld current. The control unit can be programmed for working under two different operating modes: standard one and constant current. An integrated ammeter allows to know the welding current used and to set maximum and minimum limits.
