A basic series of pneumatically operated benders for the small and medium production job shop.  Radius Bending, Sharp Corner Bending of "U" Frames, Loops or Combinations.  Special tools are available for scallops, small frames and back bends.
Single and Multiple Angles of Bend Stops available, all tools are 2" high and hardened. Capacity: 8 pieces of 1/4" wire using shop air. Table Top: 2' x 5' - accommodates small and large jobs.

LORS Rotary Table Bender is a precision production machine that uses the solid center post concept for bending.  This concept is particularly useful where versatility and quick change-over is the keynote of your requirements.  The versatility of this machine is further shown by being able to bend wire, rod, strip metal and structural shapes.  The material to be bent can be ferrous on no-ferrous.
The LORS Model BF102-HA has a full 270º rotation and can bend sharp corners, radius corners, knuckles, "U" bends, ovals and frames.  The maximum capacity is one piece of ½" diameter.  This machine has three infinitely adjustable angle of bend adjustments.
The steel table top has a series of tapped holes positioned so that most jobs can be gauged quickly and accurately with the gauges supplied with the machine.  Ther is also a set of Flip Stops supplied for quick positioning of wire for bending.
The ten inch diameter, flush mounted rotating plate has 24 start positions for simple, easy set-up.
