| WARRANTY

| 1. |
Every LORS Product and
LORS/TECNA Product is carefully inspected before shipment and
is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship.
LORS Machinery, Inc. makes no other warranties, expressed or
implied. |
| 2. |
LORS Machinerys'
obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or
replacement, at our option, of defective original components
of the said welding equipment, which upon our inspection prove
to be defective and which in our opinion, have not been abused,
misused, damaged or tampered with by the owners or users, or
by their representatives. Any damages to the aforesaid equipment
caused by the use of an incorrect voltage or the corollary
use of the equipment, components or parts not sold or recommended
by LORS or by incorrect installation are not covered by this
warranty. |

Defective material, parts
or equipment must be returned prepaid, after permission has
been granted to return them to the address shown above. Repairs
and replacements made in our plant during the warranty period
are without charge to the purchaser subject to the conditions
indicated in
Paragraph 2. All products, parts or components, repaired or replaced under
the provisions of this warranty will be returned F.O.B. Union, New Jersey,
our shipping point. |

LORS Machinery shall
not be liable under any circumstances to the purchaser or to
any other person for consequential, indirect, special or incidental
costs or damages or for lost production due to a warranty failure. |
| 5. |
This warranty is valid
for a period of twelve (12) months from date of shipment from
our facilities provided registration card is completed and
returned to LORS Machinery within ten (10) days after
item has been received by purchaser. |
| 6. |
This warranty shall be
construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. |

and LORS/TECNA Product is carefully inspected before shipment
and is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship.
LORS Machinery makes no other warranties, expressed or implied. |

LORS Machinerys'
