These modular welding units have been designed mainly to simplify projects without the need to design a special welder. Each weld unit can operate independently. When all the welders are connected in cascade mode, it is possible to carry out welding sequences without any outside supervision. The compact dimensions of these welders, make it possible to carry out versatile projects with minimum expense.

TWIN SPOT Modular Welding Units

FEATURES:
	Water-cooled Arms and Transformer.
	For Light Production work in industry.
	Complete with synchronous Electronic Timer 2 to 65 cycles and SCR contactor.
	Compensation Circuit for better results when joining coated, dirty or slightly rusted material.
	Phase Shift Heat Control, permits vernier adjustment of current for welding light gauge materials and stainless steel.
	A built-in Differential Pressure Switch, operates the timer when the electrode force is correct.
	All transformers are coated with Class "F" insulation material that does not dry out or become brittle. Tests were made using 4000 volts.

PUSH PULL Configurations

A Push-pull configuration will allow you to increase the maximum thickness to be welded and the welding quality. This can be made by using Models 4041 & 4043 together with the additional transformer Model 4044.

For a configuration with movable lower electrodes, you can use a pair of Models 4041 & 4043.

Model 4050

ROCKER ARM FEATURES:
	Rocker arm welding group provided with microprocessor welding control unit TE93.
	Adjustable Arm Gap (from 180 mm up to 500 mm). The arms can be adjusted to the work to be carried out.
	Chrome-Copper Electrode Holders for long life and heavy duty service. Reduced size. Designed for straight and angled fitting.
	Adjustable electrode stroke to get the maximum working rate.
	Water-cooled transformer, arms, electrode-holders and electrodes; epoxy resin coated windings.
	Lubrication free double-effect pneumatic cylinders to eliminate oil mist.
	Electrodes opening and closing speed independent adjustments.

Model 4061

LINEAR ACTION FEATURES:
	Linear action welding group provided with microprocessor welding control unit TE93.
	It is available in two different versions: - with single cylinder: movable upper electrode & fixed lower electrode. - with double cylinder: both electrodes are movable.
	Chrome-Copper Electrode Holders for long life and heavy duty service. Reduced size. Designed for straight and angled fitting.
	Water-cooled transformer, plates, electrode-holders and electrodes; epoxy resin coated windings.
	Cylinder with chrome plated stem for heavy duty works and long life; adjustable anti-rotation device.
	Lubrication free pneumatic components to eliminate oil mist.
	Electrodes opening and closing speed independent adjustments.
