These Bench welders are 16-25 KVA (2101-2103), 32-63 KVA (2121-2126) and 63-150 KVA (2131-2144) rated at 50% duty cycle, air operated, water-cooled and set-up with standard features including built-in welder control.

FEATURES:

Microprocessor Welding Control Units:
	TE185 on Models: 2101 and 2103.
	TE180 on Models: 2121-2144.
	TE 91 on Model: 2102 only.

Cylinder with chrome plated stem for heavy duty works and long life; adjustable anti-rotation device.

Lubrication free pneumatic components to eliminate oil, fog and to protect the environment.

Double Stroke Cylinder with key control, on Models: 2121-2144.

Built in filter assembly with compressed air adjusting device.

Electrode Speed Control valves, shock absorber for end of stroke and air discharge silencers.

Two Stage Electric Footswitch.

Pre-setting for additional double stage foot switch available on Models: 2121-2144.

Synchronous SCR Contactor, insulated from the cooling water circuit with protection thermostat.

Water-cooled transformer, plates, electrode holders and electrodes; transformer with epoxy resin coated windings.

Standard on all Projection models: Two Hand Safety Control with timer, and removable key selector. Available on Spot models by request (except Model 2102).

These Spot/Projection Bench welders are 32-90 KVA rated at 50% duty cycle, air operated, water-cooled and set-up with standard features including separate welder control cabinet.

	Lubrication free pneumatic components to eliminate oil mist and protect environment.
	Built-in filter assembly with compressed air adjusting device.
	Two stage electric foot switch, and a pre-setting for an additional electric foot switch.
	Water-cooled transformer, plates, electrode holders and electrodes (transformer coated with epoxy resin).
	Arranged for all models: two-hand safety control with timer and removable key selector. Standard on all projection models (available upon request on spot welder models).
