| FEATURES: |
HIGH SPEED: The new light-weight arm of the R-Series Robot combined with high-output, high-revolution, small motors and other design innovations provides industry leading acceleration and high-speed operation. In addition, the acceleration rate automatically adjusts to suit the payload and robot posture to deliver optimum performance and the shortest cycle times. |
HIGH TORQUE: High-output servo motors combined with high arm rigidity allows for superior wrist load capacity. This high torque rating offers system designers a broad selection of end-of-arm tooling, as well as allows for more flexibility when working with complex workpieces. |
WIDE WORKING RANGE: In addition to extending the robot's maximum reach, the range of each axis has also been increased. With more range of motion, the working area of the robot is expanded, resulting in a greater flexibility throughout the work envelope. |
ENVIRONMENTAL ADAPTABILITY: Each joint axis has a double seal construction and the electrical connectors are waterproof, thus achieving IP67 for the wrist and IP65 for the remaining axes. If required, IP67 can be provided as an option for these remaining axes. |
INTEGRATED FEATURES: Built-in pneumatic equipment and signal lines are available as options to enable the system to be used for a wide range of applications. Furthermore, the arm is equipped with standard service taps in different sections to allow easy installation of additional cabling and tubing. |

| FEATURES: |
High Speed and High Performance: The F-Series Robots can reduce your production cycle times. High speeds are achieved through the use of compact high-output motors and high-efficient reduction gears, all housed within the F-Series lightweight arm construction. The F-Series Robots, combined with the ultra-high processing speeds of the Kawasaki D Controller, achieve industry leading acceleration and deceleration rates while maintaining smooth and efficient operation. |
Small and Compact Design: The F-Series Robots excel in confined work zones. Manufacturing facilities are constantly striving to optimize floor space in an effort to increase efficiencies. The robot pedestal houses the joint one motor/encoder providing the F-Series Robots with
one of the smallest footprints in its class. Internal pneumatic lines and signal wiring is standard on most F-Series Robots, reducing the need for bulky external harnesses. The F-Series small footprint and slim design, coupled with a simple vertical arm configuration, allows engineers and designers to create automated work cells while utilizing a minimum amount of floor space. |
Multiple Arm Configurations: With payload capabilities up to 60KG and reach lengths up to 3482mm, the F-Series Robots can be configured to meet most any light to medium payload application. From welding, to wash down, to clean room applications; Kawasaki has an F-Series robot to match your needs. The lineup is comprised of several platforms utilizing modular components allowing for the unique ability to make changes to the arm configuration to increase/reduce reach and/or payload. All the F Series robots are designed for wall, ceiling, and floor mounting, enabling complete flexibility in system design. |
